TeaTapee.com Return Policy: Eligibility and Process

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
  • Original shipping fees (including those marked as “free”) will be deducted from your refund, based on the actual cost shown on the carrier’s bill of lading.
  • Thai import fees equal to 17% of the order’s total value will also be deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • An international tracking number must be provided for the return shipment.
  • Items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund.

Wholesale Orders (Tapee Tea)

  • Orders of 10 packs (250 teabags) or more are treated as wholesale purchases.
  • Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • New customers are strongly advised to place a smaller trial order before purchasing in bulk.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving your returned item.
  • Refunds are usually made to the original payment method, but we may, at our discretion, issue refunds via an alternative method.

Shipping Issues & Refunds

  • A refund may be considered if the shipping carrier confirms that the parcel is lost or stuck in transit, with no tracking updates for at least 30 days from the last recorded update.
  • Refunds will not be granted for delivery delays caused by:
    • Weather conditions
    • Customs inspections
    • Other situations beyond our control

Import Taxes & Customer Responsibility

TeaTapee.com will not issue refunds for orders abandoned due to unpaid import duties or fees.

Some shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to your local customs office.

If import taxes are not paid, customs may hold or abandon the parcel.
