1. Where We Ship From
All Tapee Tea orders are prepared and shipped from Thailand. We ship to many countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Asia and other regions.
The list of supported destinations may change over time. The most up‑to‑date information is shown at checkout and on our Shipping or Shipment Tracking pages.
2. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, holidays, or unexpected events, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, typical delivery times for most countries are:
- Asia (selected countries): Around 5–12 working days
- USA, Canada: Around 7–15 working days
- UK & Europe: Around 7–15 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: Around 7–15 working days
- Rest of World: Delivery times may vary and can take longer
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on local postal services, courier performance, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Tracking Information
Most orders are shipped with tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email (or via your account, if applicable) so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. In some cases, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions for certain destinations, order values, or periods.
Any applicable shipping charges will depend on your delivery country, shipping method, and order size/weight. The final amount payable will be clearly displayed before you complete payment.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees set by your country’s customs authorities or postal/courier services. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.
Customs rules and thresholds vary by country and can change over time. We recommend checking your local import regulations if you are unsure about possible charges before ordering.
7. Delays & Lost Parcels
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs inspections, weather events, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a solution in line with our Refund and Return Policy.
8. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. TeaTapee.com is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed customs duties, we can usually reship it to a corrected address at the customer’s expense, or discuss options in line with our Refund and Return Policy.
9. Countries We Cannot Ship To
In some cases, we may not be able to ship to certain countries or regions due to local regulations, carrier restrictions, or other reasons. If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
10. Split Shipments & Different Delivery Times
In some cases, items from a single order may be shipped in separate parcels. This can happen when products are packed at different times, require different packaging, or when we use more than one shipping service to your destination.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, each parcel will have its own tracking details (where available) and may arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for any additional parcels we create as part of the same order.
