Where do I find my order number?
It’s in your order confirmation email — in the subject line and at the top of the email (e.g. “Order #12345”). Use the same email address you entered at checkout.
Already have a tracking number?
You can paste it directly into 17TRACK or the carrier’s own website. The tracking number is also in your shipment confirmation email.
Tracking not showing any updates yet?
Newly shipped parcels can take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch. If there are still no updates after a couple of days, or you have any other question about your delivery, email us — we’re happy to help.
