Where is my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track your shipment here. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, email us your order number and we’ll chase it for you.
How do 30-day returns work?
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement. Full details are on our Refund & Returns page.
Which countries do you ship to, and how long does it take?
Orders are dispatched from Thailand. Destinations, delivery times and costs are listed on our Shipping page, and you can follow any order on our Shipment Tracking page.
What’s in the 15-herb blend? Are there allergens?
Our flagship tea is a 15-herb caffeine-free blend — the full ingredient list is on the product page. It’s a botanical tea for everyday enjoyment, not a supplement or medicine. If you have a specific dietary or allergy question, just ask and we’ll help.
