Tapee Tea New Recipe is the spicier side of the 15-herb Thai tradition. Jewel Vine remains the base at 65%; star anise, cinnamon and clove add warmth, sappan wood gives the cup its red-brown color, and Siam cardamom brings a cool, menthol-like aroma. There is no tea leaf or coffee in the blend, so it is naturally caffeine-free.

Brewing it
Open one golden teabag, tip the powder into about 200 ml of hot water and give it a good stir. Give it 2 to 5 minutes, stir again and drink it hot, or chill it and serve it over ice. Your pack’s own directions come first if they say anything different, and the label asks you to keep to one teabag a day.
