TeaTapee Shipping Guide: Worldwide Tracked Delivery (2026)

TeaTapee is blended and packed in Thailand and shipped worldwide with tracking. If you’re ordering from outside Thailand, this guide covers exactly what to expect: where we ship, how long delivery takes, how to track your parcel, and what happens if anything goes wrong.

Where we ship

We ship TeaTapee to more than 50 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and most of Europe. We are not currently able to ship to Australia or New Zealand. We ship to the United States. The 15-herb blend starts at 50 teabags, and the 50-teabag pack carries a $14.90 shipping charge shown at checkout; packs of 75 and larger ship free. The 15 and 25 teabag packs are not currently available in any market. Every order is dispatched from Thailand with worldwide tracked delivery. If you’re unsure whether we reach your country, check the options at checkout or our shipping policy page for the current list of supported regions.

How long delivery takes

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that, international delivery typically takes 6–14 business days for most destinations (around 6–14 business days for selected Asian countries), depending on your country and how quickly the parcel clears customs. Remote destinations and peak postal periods can run toward the longer end of that window, so we recommend allowing the full time before getting in touch.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow the parcel from Thailand, through customs, to your local courier. You can also look up your tracking number any time on our order-tracking page. If tracking looks stalled for a few days, that’s usually a normal customs step rather than a lost parcel — international shipments often sit briefly at a processing hub before moving again.

Customs and duties

Dried herbal tea is widely accepted for import, and we handle the export documentation on our end to keep the process smooth. In some countries you may be responsible for local import duties or taxes charged by your customs authority on arrival; these are set by your country, not by us, and vary by destination. If you have questions about your local rules, your national customs website is the best source.

How your tea is protected in transit

Because the journey from Thailand can be long, packaging matters. The tea bags travel inside a high-barrier foil pouch that blocks light and moisture, and the pouch sits in a protective outer box so the pack arrives sealed and intact. That’s what keeps the blend’s colour and warm, spiced aroma fresh from our facility to your kitchen. Once it arrives, our storage guide will help you keep it that way.

If your order is late or damaged

Every order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your parcel arrives damaged, the seal is broken, or it hasn’t turned up within the expected window, please contact us first with your order number (and a photo, if there’s damage) — we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. Reaching out to us directly is always the fastest way to put things right.
